Jennifer Metcalfe is one of England’s regular faces on television. She began her acting career at the age of 12 while attending the Scala Kids drama school in West Yorkshire. She later appeared in various British TV shows such as My Parents are Aliens, At Home With The Braithwaites, and Where The Heart Is. She soon landed on a role in the soap opera Emmerdale.

Jennifer Metcalfe found fame in the soap opera Hollyoaks, where she became known as Mercedes McQueen. Her role in the said drama series earned her nominations at the British Soap Awards, to which she is still portraying at present.

Aside from being an actress, Jennifer Metcalfe is also a part-time model and has made guest appearances in reality TV shows such as Big Brother: Celebrity Highjack alongside other stars including Claire Cooper, Gemma Merna and Lilly Allen.
